Dispatching:
Our company policy is to dispatch all orders within 2 working days (Monday to Friday) from date received. Made to Measure orders we dispatch within 5 workings days.
Deliveries:
Local Deliveries:
We have a dedicated van that deliveries local daily. We class the following locations as local:
- Telford
- Shrewsbury
- Wolverhampton
- Bridgnorth
- Surrounding areas to the above locations.
We aim to get all local deliveries carried out within 2 working days (Monday to Friday) of dispatching the order. For custom or made to measure items we aim to have the items ready for delivery within 5 working days.
Nationwide Deliveries:
Due to us running our own fleet of vehicles nationwide deliveries will be split between us and a independent courier service.
- Orders delivered by us offer a fully trackable delivery service and details will be provided at time of dispatch and an email on the delivery day with a live tracking link for you to monitor the delivery.
- Orders delivered by our independent courier service will be updated on the day of delivery with an estimated delivery time slot.
